I'm neutral on William Shatner mainly because his acting has become so much of a joke with literally everyone including himself, it's hard to take him seriously. I like how he has made fun of himself on Futurama but if he called 911 and I answered and then was told a house was on fire, I'd probably would laugh it off given his normal speaking voice. Adam West also seems to be the same way aside from his work on Family Guy. It seems he tries TOO hard to be serious at times.

Helga: So I'm not Kate Moss. Big deal.
Milo: Kate Moss isn't stuck in a sewer.
Helga: Gee I don't know. When you think about it is there no sewer BIGGER than the world of professional modelling?

I really enjoy Amy Pohler's performance in Parks and Rec. I also think Rashida Jones makes an excellent "lone sane woman in a crazy world."

I also really enjoy Ron Swanson's character, although I haven't taken note of the actor who plays him.

I forgot to include Ian McKellen in my list of favourite actors.

I'm tempted to include a few more where an actor is associated with a particular character that I really like. Leonard Nimoy for example. Which is why my list only includes actors who have played a diverse range of characters very well.

I don't know who my least favorite actor is.
My favorite actor is Nicolas Cage.

Er .. Nicholas Cage can't act ….

Captain Corelli - weak.
Next - Feeble
Knowing - an embarrassment.

All the emotional gravitas of a breakfast cereal.

History is the lies of the victors coupled with the delusions of the defeated. It is an imagined certainty created at the point where the imperfection of memory meets the inadequacy of documentation.

I like him because he has that "so bad it's good" factor. In a lot of films he's in he acts like he's insane, which can be pretty fun to watch.

As he can't act, I shall have to deduce that he is, in fact, insane.

I have to ask in response to that observation, can you act?

That isn't the point.
Luke is trying to say that Cage's freakouts in his movies are an example of genuine insanity and not bad acting.

I personally, think that Mr. Cage enjoys flipping out onscreen because it's fun. He flips out in his movies whenever the director will let him.
