Railroad pork

An Indian dish, served up at break times for the people who built the railways in the late 19th century.

Minced pork with aromatic spices such as cinnamon, coriander and turmeric.

History is the lies of the victors coupled with the delusions of the defeated. It is an imagined certainty created at the point where the imperfection of memory meets the inadequacy of documentation.

I'm not anti-social; I'm just not user friendly.

What is breakfast pizza?

Is that pizza with bacon and eggs? (I'm not taking the mickey, "bacon and egg pizza" is a thing here).

OR is it leftover pizza from the night before. When all the pizza delivery places used to do 2-for-1 deals, their market research told them that people were eating one pizza as soon as it arrived and sticking the other pizza in the fridge for breakfast the next day.

RE: What are you eating?
Today all I ate was ham and eggs.

Before I left for work this morning I cut a few slices off the small Xmas ham I bought at a heavy discount after Xmas.

I fried those up and then fried 3 small eggs with some cheese. It was supposed to be scrambled eggs but the frying pan was too hot. Turned out well anyway.

I put the lot in a plastic container, took it to work and had a late breakfast. With a little sugar-free tomato sauce (would be called ketchup in the US).

All that fat and protein (and virtually no carbs) means that I'm still full at nearly 6 pm.

That sounds good. I've never had gravy on a pizza.

I had chocolate pizza once in Slovenia.

A Picnic bar.

One of my favourite chocolate bars. Caramel wafer in the middle, sultanas and peanuts stuck to that with more caramel, then coated with chocolate.
