RE: Happy Holidays
Merry Christmas from Adelaide. It's 35 Celsius here. Nearly everything is shut but we managed to score some ice cream at the beach. I had banana fudge and cashew pistachio. It was the best ice cream ever.

RE: Happy Holidays
Boxing Day morning now. My wife is going shopping. The kids want to go swimming and then back to the beach for more ice cream.

Boxing Day? A day where you get to punch people in the Face?

Helga: So I'm not Kate Moss. Big deal.
Milo: Kate Moss isn't stuck in a sewer.
Helga: Gee I don't know. When you think about it is there no sewer BIGGER than the world of professional modelling?

RE: Happy Holidays
Boxing Day was traditionally the day when people would put stuff into boxes for the poor.

Also the big day for sales at department stores.

I never knew about putting out boxes for the poor. Usually we do that before christmas or now all year around.

I heard boxing day had something to do with servants and their master switching places for the day. The servants got the day off. I guess there would have been plenty if food leftover from christmas day festivals.
