Paying for therapies
Why do some parents not pay for therapies that their kids need? Some have expensive cars and homes but won’t get their kids diagnosed or therapies they need. They expect the schools to do everything.

RE: Paying for therapies
Therapies aren't included with the health care that Canada provides it's citizens?

I'm not anti-social; I'm just not user friendly.

RE: Paying for therapies
No. Often the therapy is very limited that is free. I am angry about the parents who can afford therapy that is needed for their child but just don’t bother. They can be ordered by a court to pay but usually for divorced parents. Often they will change schools to avoid getting their child assessed. In the long run, it often causes more problems when the child is a teenager or young adult.

Ontario. There is no free dental care either. Some children never see a dentist. They cut eye care too. Eye exams are not free for most ages now and glasses, wheelchairs, hearing aids and other devices are not provided free.
