RE: What are you drinking?
Pepsi!

and I CAN tell the difference Big Grin

When I am an old woman I shall wear purple. With a red hat which doesn't go, and doesn't suit me. I shall sit down on the pavement when I'm tired. And gobble up samples in shops and press alarm bells. And run my stick along the public railings. And make up for the sobriety of my youth
And learn to spit.

Pepsi Max (no sugar).

I should be drinking black tea, unsweetened (I have a box of Dilmah brand teabags on my desk).

We colonial descendants of the English are a strange lot.

Tea normally has milk and sugar added. Tea without milk is called "black tea". With milk it is "white tea". My grandfather, in less politically correct times, used to say "I like my tea like I like my women: strong and black!".

I dislike drinking plain water. Black tea, no sugar, does the job and provides a mild stimulant effect as a bonus.

I avoid simple carbs until at least late afternoon. Any boost they give me is very temporary, then I'm struggling not to fall asleep.
